Mazda, the world’s largest independent car manufacturer, worked with Adthena to improve paid search performance across its 137 UK dealer franchises. Facing high CPCs, fragmented PPC strategies, and diluted brand messaging across many accounts, Mazda needed a better way to monitor dealer activity and protect search efficiency.

Adthena provided a whole-market view and keyword monitoring to align dealer accounts with Mazda’s strategy, reduce prohibited bidding, and improve competitive visibility. As a result, Mazda achieved a 31.3% year-on-year cost reduction, cut franchise bidding on prohibited keywords from 42% to 1%, gained 1st position on high-priority keywords, and improved conversion rates across the dealer network.
