Adswerve’s Analytics Pros team built a governed data model, completed a gap analysis, and provided onsite Google platform training and hands-on support to prepare Condé Nast’s team for the new system. The migration was completed across all 21 brands within four months, with data discrepancies limited to 3%, and the project helped Condé Nast reduce platform and operational costs, improve data confidence, and free up time to further customize Google Analytics.
