Aggreko, the world's largest temporary power generation company with over 6,500 staff across 100+ locations in 62 countries, faced fragmented employee data, frequent operational movements, and complex multi-currency payroll and workflow needs. To address these challenges they engaged Adrenalin and adopted Adrenalin’s web‑based HRMS & Payroll solution to centralize data, automate approvals and notifications, and provide employee self‑service.

Adrenalin implemented a centralized employee repository, automated centralized/decentralized workflows, multi‑currency payroll (with separate base and accounting currencies), a communications portal, on‑the‑fly reporting via iReporter, and a letter‑generation module; the system was configured in nine local languages. As a result, Aggreko now processes its entire payroll using Adrenalin, eliminated manual consolidation, standardized HR processes across 100+ locations, reduced IT dependency for reports, achieved time and cost savings, and improved employee transparency and satisfaction.
