Axalta Coating Systems, a global coatings manufacturer, was running an outdated Core HR system across 11 APAC countries that didn’t support modern browsers, couldn’t integrate with their Employee Travel module (Concur) or Active Directory, and generated high support costs and data redundancy. Axalta engaged Adrenalin to provide a modern HRMS that would integrate with existing systems and eliminate fragmented employee data.

Adrenalin implemented a scalable, modular HRMS with payroll and key modules, bulk data upload and reporting, integrations to Concur and Active Directory, and a Customer Support Portal (CSP) for issue tracking. As a result, Adrenalin consolidated Axalta’s employee records into a single source of truth across APAC, removed cross‑country data redundancy, improved integration and support turnaround, and enabled easier reporting and maintenance.
