GroupM, WPP’s consolidated media investment management operation, needed to consolidate employee data and centralize payroll and compliance across seven companies in India. Heavy manual effort, data redundancy and inconsistent processes made payroll processing, performance management and HR automation difficult, so GroupM engaged Adrenalin to provide a robust HRMS with integrated payroll capabilities.
