Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust, which manages acute and community healthcare services across northern Devon, needed a better way to monitor more than 300 servers across remote sites. Before using AdRem Software’s NetCrunch, server monitoring was largely ad hoc, with issues often discovered through service desk reports, creating delays and putting pressure on the IT team.
