JA Ishikawa Densan Center - Customer Case Study

JA Ishikawa Densan Center is the system-management arm supporting JA Group Ishikawa’s IT across 220 offices — a network that includes about 600 network devices (nearly 80% monitored), plus PCs, printers and ATMs totaling nearly 3,000 endpoints that run mission‑critical systems such as a prefectural subsystem and SAP. A nine‑person operations team needed reliable monitoring for daily transactions and services, but their previous solution required tedious manual setup and was hard to maintain.

AdRem NetCrunch was deployed to centralize and simplify monitoring, offering intuitive maps, atlas creation and a GUI that greatly reduced manual configuration. The team gained easier monitoring configuration, lower cost and simpler operation while maintaining the required monitoring capabilities, freeing staff to focus on broader responsibilities and day‑to‑day system reliability.
