Fédération Bancaire Française (FBF) is the trade body representing 450 banks in France; its IT environment includes about 30 servers (mainly Microsoft) and 120 workstations supporting critical services like mail, domain control, file/print and security. The main challenge was keeping telecoms and email continuously available and reacting quickly to any network problems to avoid impact on staff and operations.

FBF selected NetCrunch because it is agentless, easy to install and configure, and doesn’t require a powerful server. NetCrunch’s event configuration, diagnostics and intuitive console improved alerting and troubleshooting, enabling faster identification and resolution of disk, memory, CPU, service and connectivity issues and shortening reaction time while improving overall system reliability.
