De Twentse Zorgcentra is a regional care organization in Enschede serving about 1,400 clients across 38 locations with 2,300 staff and a centralized five‑person IT team supporting 40 servers, 140+ network devices and roughly 600 workstations. Managing that environment was difficult: multiple monitoring tools made it hard to correlate data and produce management reports, and the lack of a comprehensive network management system led to avoidable infrastructure problems.

After testing alternatives the IT team implemented NetCrunch, which improved efficiency and reaction time, provided easy web access and customizable views, and enabled clear management reporting. Crucially, NetCrunch helped trace a major issue to an external HRM application (not the network), allowing staff to resolve problems before users were affected and reducing time spent on troubleshooting.
