Valley National Bank, headquartered in Wayne, New Jersey, faced an aggressive roadmap to revamp its HCM technology and improve support for employees. To modernize the employee experience, it worked with ADP and used ADP Vantage HCM along with the ADP Mobile Solutions App to create a more connected, mobile-friendly HR environment.
ADP helped Valley National Bank turn its HR systems into a “one stop shop” through MyADP, giving employees a single point of entry for HCM services. The results were strong: mobile adoption rose from 20% to 56% in three months, and employees responded positively to the new interface and easier access to services.
