PulteGroup, a national homebuilder with about 4,500 employees across 26 states, struggled to accurately track time and attendance because roughly half its workforce is hourly and dispersed across job sites, model homes and land searches. The solution let employees self‑manage time, gave managers reminders and better reporting, and improved multi‑state compliance—resulting in higher productivity, greater accountability and more accurate time tracking so the company can focus on building homes.
