Etairos Health, a St. Petersburg, Florida–based provider of home-based nursing and medical services with about 800 employees, faced growing pains as acquisitions increased headcount and complexity. Using QuickBooks for payroll proved inadequate for a largely remote workforce that receives patient schedules electronically, and the company wanted better time-and-attendance tracking and a way to reduce year‑end workers’ compensation audit reconciliation.

Etairos implemented ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time and attendance, mobile access, direct deposit and benefits enrollment, and adopted ADP’s Pay‑by‑Pay Premium Payment Program through ADPIA for workers’ compensation. The result: more accurate payroll and workers’ comp reporting, easier labor-cost management and benefits enrollment, higher employee satisfaction, and significantly less administrative time so leaders can focus on patient care and business growth.
