The COVID‑19 pandemic intensified hiring and retention challenges, prompting goals to attract and retain talent, support DE&I, enhance compliance, and give employees tools that simplify work and save time.

Leisure Care partnered with ADP to consolidate payroll, time and benefits, rolling out MyADP, the ADP mobile app, Wisely cards and early wage access (DailyPay), plus timekeeping and reporting tools for DE&I metrics and compliance. The changes streamlined administration, improved wage transparency, reduced wage-and-hour liability, boosted employee flexibility and retention, supported growth, and helped earn Leisure Care the 2024 ADP Talent at Work award.
