Conair Corporation, a family-rooted global consumer goods leader founded in 1959 with about 2,000 employees, faced a legacy HR environment of paper-based, inconsistent processes across locations, limited reporting and manual onboarding. These challenges made accuracy, transparency and strategic HR work difficult and left managers without the analytics needed to run labor-efficient operations.
By partnering with ADP to digitalize onboarding, time & attendance, payroll, benefits and performance management—plus a mobile employee self-service app—Conair eliminated much of the paper, improved data accuracy and opened up real-time analytics. The changes sped onboarding, made PTO and pay more transparent, returned time to HR for strategic initiatives, enabled managers to compare labor to business output, and earned Conair ADP’s People at Work recognition.
