Scrum Alliance is a Westminster, CO–based non-profit that promotes the adoption of the Scrum framework. As the organization grew from a handful of remote hires to dozens of employees, HR operations—led by Stacy Summers—needed help managing benefits, compliance and day‑to‑day HR functions with a small internal team, so the organization sought a professional employer organization (PEO).
