Enrollment time fell from ~20 minutes to 2–3 minutes, the benefits error rate dropped from ~30% to 3%, the $2M waste was largely eliminated, overtime is better controlled, HR regained strategic capacity, and savings funded further ADP investments that improved retention and operational efficiency.
