Returning to ADP Comprehensive Services Results in Time and Money Ef ciencies and Savings

The Treatment Center and the Adolescent Treatment Center of the Palm Beaches is a 500‑employee behavioral health facility operating 24/7 across three shifts. Faced with extensive overtime, ever‑changing compliance requirements, complex off‑hour onboarding and long background/driver‑check turnaround (previously 32–36 days), HR leadership returned to ADP after a brief switch to a competitor because the other system couldn’t deliver the timely, customizable reports they needed.
