After a decade using QuickBooks Assisted Payroll, CBG needed a new payroll and HR solution when Intuit discontinued its stand‑alone offering and their clients’ payroll needs became more complex.
CBG transitioned to RUN Powered by ADP, benefiting from dedicated onboarding support, QuickBooks integration, and a fuller set of payroll, HR and benefits tools. The ADP Mobile app, Accountant Connect, and a responsive sales rep made the switch seamless, improving employee experience, consolidating client management for ProAdvisors, and making it easier for CBG to recommend and resell payroll solutions.
