MountainSeed, a national real estate services firm, wanted to quickly raise money to support workers at a partner company in critical need. Leadership decided to create an Emergency Aid Fund that would allow employees to make one-time payroll-deducted donations (to be matched by the company), but needed the deduction code, tracking and communications in place in time for the next payroll.

ADP’s Comprehensive Services team stood up the payroll-deduction program within a day, posting enrollment messaging and building the infrastructure for future campaigns. The campaign raised more than $21,000 from employees, which MountainSeed matched — and a partner later matched as well — resulting in over $64,000 in total donations.
