Mercy Housing is one of the nation’s largest affordable housing nonprofits, headquartered in Denver with about 1,600 employees. Partnering with ADP’s HCM, Mercy Housing implemented ADP Recruitment Management, electronic onboarding and the MyADP self‑service portal and mobile app. The solution broadened candidate reach, improved hiring of culturally and linguistically aligned staff, enabled pay‑equity reporting, and reduced field managers’ onboarding work by over 65%, freeing teams to spend more time supporting residents and scaling operations more efficiently.
