Margaritaville Resorts’ Tulsa location is a 24/7 hospitality operation with a largely seasonal and part-time staff (125 employees) that needed a flexible human capital management system to support its people-first culture. Leadership wanted to reduce manual administrative work, better manage a complex workforce across multiple venues, and improve team engagement so staff could focus on delivering a great guest experience.
Margaritaville replaced a piecemeal setup with ADP Workforce Now and add-on modules to consolidate payroll, recruiting, onboarding and self-service. Automation and the ADP New Hire Wizard cut payroll processing from about three days to half a day, reduced background-check turnaround from 10–12 days to 3–4, eliminated paper files and errors, and freed HR to spend more time with team members and guests; the solution also scales with the brand’s growth.
