KinderCare Education Improves Employee Satisfaction and Productivity with ADP Mobile Solutions

KinderCare Education, the largest private provider of early childhood education in the U.S. with 31,000 employees serving about 170,000 children, faced challenges managing payroll and time-and-attendance for a largely mobile, hourly workforce. Reliance on shared kiosks created log-in lines that affected schedules and employee satisfaction, and the company wanted a payroll platform ready to adopt new features.

KinderCare expanded its relationship with ADP—moving from print and tax services (2006) to Enterprise Payroll and eTIME (2012) and rolling out ADP Mobile Solutions to about 26,000 employees. The mobile, hosted solution lets staff clock in/out, view pay statements and PTO on their smartphones, required no formal training, reduced maintenance, and delivered faster access, seamless adoption and improved employee satisfaction and productivity.
