BNL Consulting is a 15-person IT services firm in Rockville, MD that helps organizations turn complex datasets into usable tools for field employees. After outsourcing payroll to Paychex produced repeated mistakes and limited access to their own data, BNL needed a web-based solution that would let them own the process and manage payroll across multiple states.

BNL implemented RUN Powered by ADP to enter, review and execute payroll online, generate and customize reports, and use HR Helpdesk and compliance tools. The ADP platform and responsive support reduced errors, gave the team greater confidence and control over payroll, and prompted the COO to say they’d choose ADP again for a new business.
