ProAmpac, a Cincinnati‑based maker of sustainable flexible packaging with about 6,000 employees, prides itself on a culture of continuous improvement and cross‑functional problem solving. As the company grew it faced fragmented HR and performance systems (11 disparate platforms), limited recruiting visibility and onboarding bottlenecks—challenges that made it hard to scale consistent processes and drive accountability.

ProAmpac partnered with ADP, deploying ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services, ADP Vantage HCM, ADP DataCloud, Recruiting Management and Screening and Selection to centralize HR, recruiting, analytics and screening. The result: a universal performance management process, centralized recruiting insights (about 1,000 applications a month), dramatically faster onboarding (from days to ~15 minutes for testing), improved security and self‑service for employees, and recognition with ADP’s Innovation at Work award.
