How ADP® partnered with Forvia focusing on people and innovation

Forvia, formed in 2022 from the merger of Faurecia and HELLA, is a global automotive technology leader with about 140,000 employees across 39 countries. After absorbing HELLA’s 40,000 people, Forvia faced the complex challenge of consolidating disparate payroll and HR systems, creating a single source of HR data and managing significant change across countries, managers and employees.

To address this, Forvia relied on a long-standing partnership with ADP, which implemented ADP GlobalView across roughly 40 countries over the past decade and integrated it with SuccessFactors as the HCM master. The result is a unified HR/payroll architecture that centralizes employee data, streamlines processes for employees, managers and HR, and provides a clear, cost‑effective roadmap for onboarding HELLA and future integrations.
