To better support these needs, RSG Group turned to ADP and its ADP Lyric HCM platform.

ADP implemented a streamlined HCM system that automated payroll, onboarding, time and attendance, and self-service access for employees. The results included faster payroll processing, more accurate and timely pay, reduced manual checks, and stronger reporting and position management; RSG Group also reported saving about half a million dollars in costs and cutting payroll processing by one day.
