Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 IT solutions provider headquartered in Tempe with about 11,000 employees globally, set out to strengthen its diverse, equitable and inclusive culture and maintain teammate connection—especially during remote work. The challenge was to cultivate psychological safety, remove bias from talent processes, and give employees the tools and community needed to belong and grow.
Insight paired mentoring and seven teammate resource groups with ADP solutions—Vantage HCM, ADP DataCloud and ADP Mobile—to automate self-service, track DE&I metrics, and inform talent decisions. The approach drove measurable impact: over 80% program completion, 23.5% of initial mentees promoted within a year, recognition with ADP’s Humanity at Work award and strong Great Place to Work sentiment among employees.
