Dinner Belle is a Nashville-based meal delivery service founded by a parent who wanted to make healthy, locally sourced meals easy for busy families and professionals. As the business grew to about 10 employees, payroll became a headache—hours were tracked by text or hand-written checks, processing took hours every other week, and a previous payroll provider (Paychex) was unhelpful.
