With help from ADP Professional Services, Everence optimized ADP Workforce Now through assessments, recommendations, and training, turning the platform into a central system for payroll and HR. As a result, processes became more efficient, data quality improved, costs were reduced, and employees gained mobile access to benefits, time off, and digital open enrollment. Everence also added Voice of the Employee to consolidate surveys and improve secure employee feedback, helping the HR team spend more time on strategic work.
