A ADP Case Study
Eliassen Group, a strategic consulting and talent solutions firm with about 2,550 employees based in Reading, MA, faced a talent challenge after rapid growth through multiple mergers: potential cultural disruption, rising turnover risk, and employee uncertainty about career growth. Leadership decided to re-energize their talent management approach to protect culture and retain critical people as the business scaled.
Working with ADP Strategic Advisory Services, Eliassen used data from ADP’s Workforce Vitality Report and policy insights to build a people-first strategy—refreshing internal and external branding, aligning people and business strategy, and launching continuous feedback, career-path programs, mentorships, and new talent systems. Early results include 80 staff actively engaged in culture and diversity initiatives, regional ENPS ratings (two “world class,” one “excellent,” two “good,” none “poor”), and a projected minimum 20% reduction in undesired turnover, with ongoing tracking of effectiveness.
