Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) is one of the nation’s largest diagnostic imaging networks, serving over one million patients across 45 states with about 2,400 employees. Facing multi-state payroll complexity, compliance risk, and an unsatisfactory payroll vendor, CDI sought a strategic HR/payroll partner that could support rapid growth and simplify recruiting and onboarding.
After an RFP, CDI selected ADP Workforce Now for its ease of use and manager/employee self-service and stayed with ADP through a 2012 merger. ADP consolidated payroll and compliance across 45 states, enabled paperless onboarding and automated recruiting communications, and improved the applicant experience—delivering operational efficiencies, stronger talent sourcing, and greater confidence in regulatory compliance.
