A ADP Case Study
Casey's General Stores, a Midwest convenience-store and gas-station chain with about 2,000 locations, faced payroll inefficiencies and a lack of manager-level HR data. They were losing Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) eligibility for new hires because of hire-date discrepancies and needed better transparency and tools for day-to-day workforce decisions.
By enhancing ADP Recruiting Management and deploying ADP DataCloud with Executive and Manager Insights, Casey's eliminated new-hire WOTC ineligibility (projecting a six-figure increase in captured tax credits) and delivered HR data directly to managers’ smartphones. The changes gave managers real-time visibility to control employment spend, greatly reduced overtime costs, and saved managers about 30 minutes per week.
