Calhoun Management Corporation and affiliate Peachtree Restaurant Group operate roughly 100 quick‑service restaurants (89 Wendy’s and 11 Wing Stop locations) with more than 2,400 employees across the Southeast. The HR team wanted every store employee to receive pay electronically—via direct deposit or pay card—and to eliminate time‑consuming paper checks that delayed funds and required manual processing.

They implemented Wisely® by ADP (with earned‑wage access from DailyPay) as their pay‑card solution, a program they’ve used since 2008. Today about 60% of employees use the Wisely card and the rest use direct deposit; the switch removed paper checks, sped up corrections and payouts, reduced payroll processing time and costs, and delivered positive employee feedback supported by U.S.-based client service.
