D’IYANU, founded in 2014 by siblings Dara Ajayi and Addie Elabor, is a Norristown, PA–based e‑commerce fashion brand creating contemporary Afrocentric prints. As the company grew from a one‑person startup to a 14‑employee operation, manual payroll, PTO tracking and basic HR tasks became unsustainable and they needed an automated, scalable solution.

They implemented RUN Powered by ADP with time & attendance, employee web portals and integrations for workers’ comp, retirement plans, recruiting and HR forms. The platform centralized payroll and HR, gave staff individual logins for transparent PTO management, and significantly reduced manual work — saving time and money while allowing the founders to focus on growing the brand.
