A ADP Case Study
Brady Corporation, a 100‑year‑old international manufacturer of identification and workplace‑safety products with about 7,250 employees across the Americas, Europe and Asia, refocused on its core solutions while expanding globally through acquisitions. That growth created HR complexity—multiple country rules, payroll and compliance challenges, and risks during acquisitions/divestitures—driving the need for better global data, consistent KPIs and smoother employee transitions.
Brady implemented a single global HRIS and a regional shared‑services model (centres in Milwaukee, Zele, Shanghai and Bangalore) and partnered with local payroll/compliance providers. The change freed HR to focus on strategy, improved data integration and analytics, sped market entry, reduced labour and payroll costs, increased compliance and made payroll delivery more predictable and reliable.
