Baker Tilly, a CPA and client accounting services firm, needed to quickly navigate new compliance requirements and gather reports for clients seeking PPP loans during the COVID-19 crisis. Working with ADP and its Accountant Connect service, the firm needed a fast, reliable way to support its ADP payroll clients through changing regulations.
ADP implemented Accountant Connect to proactively pull CARES Loan Report Packages for 170 clients in just one hour and provide guidance alongside the reports. The results were strong: more than half of those clients applied for a PPP loan, and 100% of them secured funding quickly, demonstrating ADP’s rapid and effective response.
