Firms using the platform have expanded into payroll, HR and benefits advisory work, begun referring clients for retirement plans, and use ADP’s benchmarking as a value‑added service; Satterley now refers clients to ADP and has launched a new bookkeeping practice, Back Office Ally, using the solution.
