TradeWinds Island Resorts is a two-property, 31-acre beachfront resort on Saint Pete Beach, Florida, employing about 1,100 people under a nine-person HR team led by VP Glenn Willocks. Rapid seasonal growth (from 650 to 1,100 employees) and a tight hospitality labor market left the team facing inconsistent application processes, paper workflows, and a culturally diverse, multilingual workforce that needed better self-service options.

TradeWinds implemented ADP Workforce Now, adding ADP’s recruitment module, a custom mobile application, Carrier Connections, and a modern 401(k) portal to centralize payroll, time, benefits, and hiring data.
