The change delivered real-time dashboards for scorecards, streamlined performance-to-pay processes and online benefits enrollment, boosted MyADP and mobile engagement to 84% and 87%, cut ACA processing from weeks to hours (saving leadership about six weeks of work), and supported better succession planning—efforts that helped earn ADP’s 2023 Culture at Work client award.
