Agemark, a healthcare network operating senior-assisted living communities across six U.S. states with roughly 700 employees and 17 buildings, struggled with disconnected systems and manual processes. ADP, Intacct, PeopleNet and other point solutions didn’t communicate, forcing bookkeepers to export, tweak and reformat files (often browser-dependent) for import—creating time-consuming, error-prone workflows and limited visibility into employee and payroll data.
By integrating ADP Workforce Now with Intacct and PeopleNet and enabling carrier feeds, Agemark automated benefit enrollment, PTO and time tracking, and ACA reporting. The result was real-time, accurate data flow, major time savings, fewer data-entry errors and reduced staffing needs for routine tasks—freeing the finance team to analyze costs, support growth and make smarter operational decisions.
