A ADP Case Study
King County, Washington — the state’s largest county with about 14,300 employees — faced a major challenge when new health care reform reporting requirements emerged: rapidly changing rules, limited vendor solutions, and the need for timely, accurate federal reporting across many departments. County leaders chose ADP for its deep IRS knowledge and large-scale reporting experience to avoid the risks and delays of trying to build a compliant solution in-house.
By partnering with ADP and developing internal expertise (including participation on ADP’s Client Advisory Board and adding a system expert), King County implemented ADP’s Health Compliance solution with clear milestones and project planning. The result was reliable, accurate government reporting, streamlined processes, and greater confidence that regulatory obligations are being met efficiently and correctly.
