26Health, founded in 2015 in Orlando, is a one-stop healthcare provider offering culturally competent services to LGBTQ+ individuals and allies. As the nonprofit grew from a solo founder to nearly 50 employees, leadership found in-house HR stretched thin and needed an outsourced partner to improve employee support and scale operations.

By partnering with ADP Comprehensive Services—providing a dedicated HR business partner, payroll, onboarding, training, mobile tools and employee perks like LifeCare—26Health streamlined processes and strengthened employee support. Electronic onboarding cut administrative time per hire from 3–4 hours to about 15 minutes (helping onboard eight new employees in two months), enabled internal promotions through training programs, and delivered COVID-era resources and payroll/PPP guidance, boosting employee satisfaction and allowing leadership to focus on the organization’s mission.
