ADP implemented a centralized recruitment platform with tools for posting jobs across multiple boards, improving job descriptions with AI-powered suggestions, and managing applications in one system. As a result, Métis Nation of Saskatchewan removed 10 steps from the process, saved about 30 minutes per job posting, improved the candidate experience, and made applicant review faster and more organized.
