How VetDepot Increased Their Sales by 18% Using Adoric

Vet Depot, a US pet medications ecommerce retailer, worked with Adoric to address stagnant sales and UX friction. Their goals were to increase sales across channels, boost coupon usage, and lower the bounce rate among first-time visitors. Adoric implemented onsite messaging, targeted campaigns and A/B testing to tackle these issues.

Adoric deployed three targeted campaigns — a welcome message for new visitors, a coupon-promotion message, and an exit‑intent cart recovery flow — using timed popups, exit intent and multivariate A/B tests. Within three months Adoric drove an overall online sales uplift (headline 18%), with a +18% uplift for new users and +24% for returning users, while significantly reducing bounce rates and raising average cart value.
