The Israeli Post, a government-owned postal services provider, faced long in-branch wait times (typically 5–60 minutes) and wanted to drive more app downloads so customers could schedule appointments and reduce queues. They partnered with Adoric to improve their online experience and run targeted mobile campaigns to prompt visitors to install the app.
Adoric implemented behaviorally targeted, timed on-site campaigns with A/B testing across iOS (10 variants) and Android (7 variants) over four months, focusing on mobile users who hadn’t yet downloaded the app. The effort produced major gains—+980% uplift in iOS downloads and +580% uplift in Android downloads (around a 700% headline uplift)—leading to significantly reduced branch wait times, improved website UX, and higher app engagement.
