Enabling Zone Digital to create new customer experiences with Emotics

Zone Digital, an award-winning digital agency, was helping its client Guide Dogs transform how it communicated with the public in the UK. The challenge was to build trust in the brand and better understand why its supporters were mostly female, with a goal of increasing male engagement. Zone used Adoreboard’s emotion analysis product, Emotics, to uncover audience differences and identify what drove interest across demographics.

Using Adoreboard’s Emotics, Zone discovered that men responded more strongly to the joy and trust associated with the training of guide dog puppies. This insight enabled a more targeted marketing strategy aimed at male audiences, helping increase brand affinity and public perception while also driving higher male engagement with the brand.
