CDE Global, a global leader in wet processing materials, wanted to increase recruitment through stronger brand awareness, better understand what attracts prospective employees, and develop content ideas for the global careers market. To help with this, they worked with Adoreboard using its emotion-driven research software during the early stages of a recruitment marketing campaign.

Adoreboard’s analysis identified 9 key communication themes, informed an overhaul of CDE Global’s recruitment messaging, and helped shape a new employer value proposition. The results helped CDE Global appeal to a new market of graduates and had a highly positive impact on recruitment strategy.
