Billion Dollar Insight for Employee Experience

Franklin Templeton partnered with Adoreboard to better understand the changing employee experience landscape for UK millennials. As younger workers were set to become a larger share of the workforce, Franklin Templeton needed clearer insight into how they feel about pensions and responsible investing, and what employers and providers could do to improve the experience.

Adoreboard used its Emotics platform to analyze unstructured survey responses and social media commentary from over 2,500 people, measuring emotional responses and identifying key themes. The research revealed an “emotional experience gap” among UK millennials, with a potential upside of up to $1.5bn per year and £15bn over the next decade in increased UK pension contributions if the gap is closed.
