The World Trade Organization (WTO), which publishes a widely downloaded annual report to inform governments and stakeholders about its work, wanted to broaden its reach and deepen engagement as audiences shifted to mobile and interactive formats. Faced with the challenge of sharing complex, global content with diverse, digital-savvy audiences, the WTO sought a tablet app that would make the report more accessible and engaging.
Working with agency Zephyr, the WTO used Adobe Digital Publishing Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce interactive annual-report apps featuring video, photo galleries, audio, enhanced charts, and interactive maps, plus in‑app surveys and analytics to guide improvements. The apps have driven steady downloads and engagement, improved user satisfaction and global reach, earned positive feedback, and positioned the WTO to expand its digital publishing efforts.
