West Elm, the global home decor and furniture retailer, faced a major challenge during the pandemic as showroom visits dropped and online demand surged. To keep its luxury shopping experience consistent and on-brand, West Elm needed faster ways to create digital assets, remote design services, and interactive tools for customers while working across multiple teams and channels.

Using Adobe XD, West Elm centralized design assets, streamlined collaboration, and sped up handoffs between designers, marketers, and engineers. Adobe helped the team move to a highly efficient workflow, with about 95% of designs now created in XD and the ability to go from design to developer hand-off and live changes in as little as an hour.
